Nisha Sharma
Nisha joined the firm in August 2021 as a Legal Clerk and successfully secured a Training Contract commencing January 2022.
Nisha has extensive experience in Childcare law, Private Children matters and Divorce. Nisha has had domestic violence safeguarding training and is able to assist vulnerable clients.
Areas of expertise:
- Public Law children matters involving the Local Authority;
- Attending and assisting clients in Child Protection conferences;
- Representing and advising clients of Pre- Proceedings meetings;
- Private Law children matters, including: contact, Child Arrangements Orders, Specific issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders;
